We were referred to Gina Purdy by a close friend, and were so glad that we met Gina Purdy. We had Gina list our property in mid 2018 and received an offer in October, where we agreed on a price which was accepted by all. ( after doing a few upgrades). Then, this is the part where we needed Gina Purdy, and her experience as an excellent agent. We all agreed on a date in January to close. Then, it started. The buyers asked to extend the closing to mid January, which was fine with us. Then for closing the last day in January, then asked for February 15 then February 28, After 2 suggestions in March and April, they finally asked to closed on May 10. This was finally the day, and we plus, agents, attorneys and all arrived at the closing address, except the buyers, who again, advised that they needed one more signature to close., which was the excuse they used on all the delays. - All this time, Gina Purdy was on top of advising us, and talking with the buyers, getting as much information to advise us, the sellers, and our attorney. We were so glad to have Gina working with us, as again, she took a personal interest in this problem and finally came out with the solution.
